How to book a visit to PixelZone online

PixelZone's new booking system lets you plan most visits online from start to finish, without making phone calls or waiting for someone to confirm availability manually.

In one place, you can choose your attraction, date and time, number of people, payment method and receipt or invoice, as well as use a voucher.

Go to online booking

1. Start by choosing a location

When you open the booking page, you first choose your PixelZone location. PixelZone Banino is currently active.

The system then asks what you would like to book:

  • an individual attraction,
  • a birthday party,
  • a school trip,
  • a corporate event,
  • a visit using a gift voucher.

Each option has its own rules, but they are all available in one place.

2. Booking an individual attraction

If you would like to try VR, SimRacing, esports, the PIXEL Floor, DanceZone or a console, choose Individual booking.

The system will ask you to choose or enter:

  1. your attraction,
  2. your session duration,
  3. the number of people,
  4. a date and time,
  5. your contact details,
  6. a receipt or VAT invoice,
  7. your payment method.

Availability is checked for the particular attraction and the number of stations you need. You are booking more than a time slot: the system also checks that the equipment will be available.

3. How do you pay for an attraction?

Online payments are normally handled by Przelewy24.

If you have a value voucher, you can use it to pay.

Your value voucher covers the full amount

If your voucher has enough credit, the system can pay for the entire booking using the voucher.

In that case, you do not need to proceed to Przelewy24.

Your value voucher covers part of the amount

For example:

  • booking price: PLN 120,
  • credit used from the voucher: PLN 70,
  • remaining payment through Przelewy24: PLN 50.

The system automatically shows this breakdown before you complete your booking.

The value voucher balance is only charged when the booking is safely finalised.

4. Value vouchers and gift vouchers: what is the difference?

It helps to distinguish between the two.

Value voucher

This represents a specific amount of money, such as PLN 100 or PLN 150.

You can use it to pay for a booking. If you use only part of the balance, the remaining credit stays on the voucher.

Gift voucher

A gift voucher provides a particular experience, such as admission to a selected attraction. This also includes a birthday gift voucher received by the birthday child or guest of honour.

Gift vouchers have a separate booking process. After you enter the code, the system shows which attractions and dates are available for that voucher.

At PixelZone Banino, gift voucher bookings follow the voucher's rules, including visits from Monday to Thursday that finish no later than 15:30.

5. Birthdays: automatic package selection and a deposit

Birthday parties have their own detailed booking process.

Enter the number of participants (1–30), including the birthday child or guest of honour and all children and adults actively using the attractions, as well as their age. Then choose a date and time, optional extras, and enter your contact details.

We select the package automatically: 1–11 participants → package for 6, 12–17 → package for 12, and 18–30 → package for 18. Each person above the base package size costs PLN 80. A Pixel Coach (+PLN 199) is added automatically for birthday children aged 7 and under; for older guests, this remains optional.

The system immediately calculates the full party price.

A birthday booking requires a PLN 200 deposit.

The way you pay the deposit does not change the party price or the amount left to pay at the venue.

You can pay the deposit with a value voucher

If your voucher has PLN 200 or more in credit, it can cover the entire deposit.

If your voucher has PLN 80, for example:

  • PLN 80 is covered by your value voucher,
  • you pay PLN 120 through Przelewy24,
  • the total deposit is still PLN 200.

If the party costs PLN 1160, paying the full deposit leaves PLN 960 to pay at the venue, whether you paid the deposit through P24, with a voucher or using a combination of both.

6. School trips

Schools have a separate booking process.

You can choose:

  • a package,
  • the number of students,
  • a date and time,
  • extras,
  • how to complete the booking.

There are two main options:

Pay online — pay the full amount through Przelewy24 and finalise your booking online.

Reserve a date and pay at the venue — reserve your visit without paying the full amount online, then pay at the venue. This is useful for schools that prefer to pay in cash on the day of the trip. The booking is subject to telephone confirmation by the PixelZone team.

If you choose a service that needs further arrangements, such as transport, this option is required because we first need to confirm the details and final price.

Once all the details have been agreed, we can also send an individual Przelewy24 payment link on request. This can be useful if the class parent representatives would like to make the payment, or the teacher prefers to pay everything online instead of travelling with cash.

7. Receipt or invoice?

For individual bookings, you can choose:

  • a receipt,
  • a VAT invoice.

If you choose an invoice, the system will ask for the information needed to issue it.

8. What happens after payment?

Once the process is completed successfully, you receive a confirmation page with the key booking details.

Depending on the type of booking, these include:

  • the date and time,
  • your attraction or package,
  • the number of people,
  • the amount,
  • how the payment was made,
  • the amount paid with a voucher,
  • the Przelewy24 amount,
  • the P24 transaction number, where applicable,
  • the amount left to pay at the venue.

We also email a confirmation to the address you provided and, for supported booking types, an .ics invitation that you can add to your calendar.

9. What if payment is not completed?

An unsuccessful payment is not treated as a paid booking.

The system distinguishes between pending, paid and cancelled bookings. Voucher operations are protected against accidental double use.

If you use a value voucher together with Przelewy24, the voucher payment is linked to the specific booking attempt.

You do not need to work out which form to use. Choose your location and visit type, and let the system guide you through the next steps.
