Birthdays at PixelZone Banino: step by step
Organising a birthday party does not have to mean making lots of phone calls, checking dates and adding up extras by hand.
At PixelZone, you can complete the main process online: enter the number of participants and the age of the birthday child or guest of honour, choose a date and time, and select optional extras. The system automatically selects a package and shows the price breakdown and deposit amount.
How do the packages work?
The system automatically selects a base package for:
- 6 people,
- 12 people,
- 18 people.
Each package has a weekday and weekend version. For 1–11 participants, we select the package for 6; for 12–17, the package for 12; and for 18–30, the package for 18. Participants above the base package size are added automatically at PLN 80 per person (up to +5 for the packages for 6 and 12, and up to +12 for the package for 18).
Count the birthday child or guest of honour and all children and adults actively using the attractions. People who are only accompanying the group at the table do not increase this number.

The standard party duration is 2 hours.
Packages include:
- activities at PixelZone,
- a voucher for the birthday child or guest of honour,
- popcorn,
- soft-serve ice cream,
- unlimited water.
You will always see the exact current package contents and price when booking.
Weekday or weekend?
The system checks that the package matches your selected date.
Weekday packages apply from Monday to Thursday, and weekend packages apply on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
You do not need to select a package version. We choose it automatically, and the calendar shows availability for your group. If you change the number of participants, select an available start time again.
Choose your extras straight away
When booking, you can add extras such as:
- an additional birthday child or guest of honour,
- a PIXEL Coach,
- snack packages,
- pizza,
- waffles,
- juice,
- nachos,
- hot dogs,
- slushies: small for PLN 8 or large for PLN 12,
- non-slip socks.
The price updates automatically after each change.
The deposit is PLN 200
After the package has been selected and you have chosen your extras, you will see:
- the full party price,
- the online deposit: PLN 200,
- the remaining amount to pay at the venue.
The deposit is part of the price, not an extra fee.
You can also pay the deposit with a value voucher
If you have a PixelZone value voucher, you can use it to pay the deposit.
For example:
- deposit: PLN 200,
- value voucher: PLN 150,
- remaining payment through Przelewy24: PLN 50.
If the value voucher balance is at least PLN 200, the voucher can cover the full deposit.
Whatever method you use to pay the deposit, the amount remaining at the venue is calculated by deducting the full PLN 200.
What about the cake?
You can bring your own cake.
For hygiene and public health reasons, cakes must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-slip socks
Non-slip socks are required for participants using attractions where this protection is necessary.
You can bring your own or order PixelZone socks.
Birthdays for younger children
For birthday children aged 7 and under, a PIXEL Coach / entertainer is required (+PLN 199). The form adds this automatically and it cannot be deselected. For older birthday guests, a coach is optional.
This gives younger participants extra support during the activities.
When should you arrive?
Please arrive around 15 minutes before the party starts.
This gives us time to welcome your group calmly and start the event on schedule.
Changing the date
If you need to change or cancel your visit, please contact us in advance.
Under our terms, birthday bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the visit.
What do you receive after booking?
After the deposit has been paid successfully, you will see a confirmation page showing:
- the date and time,
- your package,
- the number of guests,
- the price,
- the deposit paid,
- the split between your value voucher and Przelewy24, if you used a voucher,
- the remaining amount to pay at the venue.
You will also receive an email confirmation and a calendar invitation.
