How to organise a school trip to PixelZone
PixelZone brings together physical activity, new technology, gaming and teamwork. A school trip can be a reward, a chance for the class to bond and an opportunity to try activities that students often do not have at home.
You can start your booking online.
What group sizes can you book?
The booking system supports groups of 15 to 60 students.
Enter the actual number of participants when booking, and the price is calculated automatically.

Pay online or “Reserve a date and pay at the venue”?
There are two convenient ways to complete your booking.
1. Pay in full online and book
If all the items in your order have a confirmed price, the school can pay the full amount through Przelewy24.
Once payment is completed successfully, the system finalises the booking online.
2. Reserve a date and pay at the venue
Not every school wants or is able to pay the full amount in advance. You can therefore reserve a date without paying online and pay at the venue on the day of the trip.
This is particularly useful if the school prefers to pay in cash or settle the bill after the group arrives.
These bookings are subject to telephone confirmation by the PixelZone team.
If you order a service that needs further arrangements, such as transport, the system also directs you to this option because we need to confirm the organisation and final price before completing the booking.
Once all the details are agreed, we can also send an individual Przelewy24 payment link on request. The class parent representatives can then pay everything online, for example, so the teacher does not have to travel with cash.
How does the online process work?
In the form, you choose or enter:
- a date and time,
- a package,
- the school name,
- the contact person's details,
- the number of students,
- extras,
- how to complete the booking.
The price updates automatically according to the number of students and your selected extras.
What should you bring?
Let students know in advance that they should wear comfortable clothing.
Non-slip socks are required on the PIXEL Floor. You can bring your own or buy them at PixelZone.
How early should you arrive?
It is best to arrive around 10–15 minutes before the start.
This allows us to gather the group, explain the safety rules and start the activities as planned.
Why do schools choose PixelZone?
During one visit, students can try different kinds of activities:
- physical,
- skill-based,
- gaming,
- team-based,
- technology-based.
This makes it easier to engage both sports fans and students interested in computers or new technologies.
